TOURNAMENT FORMAT
Team event; (4) bowlers per team, all men, all women, or mixed. Teams will bowl (3) 10 pin games. Handicap based on 90% of 220 per game. Motion To Strike Tournament will be sanctioned through USBC. All participants must have a current USBC sanction card.
PBA BOWLERS: Current or active bowlers holding a PBA membership are strictly prohibited from participating in this tournament. Any bowler that has participated or won a PBA title or PBA Amateur title in the past three (3) years are also prohibited from participating in this tournament. Tournament officials reserve the right to cross reference the participant roster againt the official PBA membership records. A participant found to be in violation of the PBA restrictions will be immediately disqualified from the tournament. All entry fees will be forfieted. Any potential winnings will be stripped and reallocated.
TEAM ENTRY
A team may enter the tournament multiple times provided one (1) member on the roster has changed.
ENTERING AVG & SCORING FORMAT
ENTERING AVG:
Entering averages will be derived as follows:
(1)The composite average for 2025-2026, will be used as the entering average.
If no 2025-2026 average is available, then the composite average, from 2024-2025 will be used.
The 10 pin rule will apply for this tournament. In the event your current reported composite average is 10 pins greater than the previous season composite average, then bowler must use the higher average as their entering average. If the bowler does not have an average for either year, then bowler may use his/her current league average with 21 games or more. Any bowler unable to submit an average based on the above criteria will bowl scratch with an average of 220.
Ten pin rule will apply in computing entering averages.
AVERAGE RERATE/ADJUSTMENTS:
If a bowler's average has been rerated or adjusted in any tournament, that bowler must notify the tournament director to avoid disqualification from the tournament in accordance with USBC rule 319C.
SCORING FORMAT:
The teams (3) ten pin score plus handicap will determine the overall teams score.
OPTIONAL EVENTS
Bowlers have the option to participate in optional Handicap Singles, or Scratch Singles events while bowling the team event.
There will be male and female divisions for both the singles and handicap optional events.
Of the total entries 1 of 4 will cash.
Bowlers may cash multiple times.
All optional events must be paid with application entry.
No optional entries will be accepted the day of the event.
BRACKETS & SIDEPOTS
Handicap and Scratch High Games will be available with Male and Female Divisions.
Divisional Handicap and Open Scratch Brackets will be available
CASH RATIO/PRIZE FUND DISTRIBUTION
1:8 will cash in the Team HCP event.
Total pins plus handicap will determine standings from 1st place to the final paid position.
Checks will be mailed to the Team Captain.
The Team Captain will be responsible for distribution of those checks.
